Rhonda Wimbish, Real Estate Broker & Community Advocate in Baltimore, is concerned about the City of Baltimore and how it is being managed. She is involved with Baltimore City schools and with various City agencies. As a parent, she is involved with Special Needs Education. This has opened her eyes to some startling realities. Her advocacy also touch City agencies and she ultimately questions a litany of issues, including excessive water bills and speed cameras in the black community. She says that there are City Council districts without cameras that happen to be majority white.
